I don't know why race or political leaning has to come into this discussion; or why it's in the politics/religion sub, either. That woman was pure trash regardless of race or politics. Pushing an old man off a bus and stepping over his unconscious body after having been called out for being a piece of shit should spark enough outrage.
That being said, I'd wager a manslaughter charge would be the most appropriate, given the circumstances.
