WinMX problem

I have WinMX 3.53 and whenever I do a video search I'm not able to download any of the videos. Under the heading that says “status/server” it’s always "queue". If I try to download a video it always says "Remotely Queued" in transfers. I have never actually been able to download any videos. Luckily this rarely happens with mp3 files. Also I have a dial up connection.
