As there aint no hell (or heaven) it's a place that none of us will go to.

how can you be certain of that?

here is what we do know: 1) matter and energy are two sides of the same coin, two ways of describing the same thing 2) humans do not consist only of mass but also energy which are vibrations emitted beyond our physical selves 3) energy and mass cannot be destroyed, only transformed.

since a human is mass/energy, what happens when we die? the mass goes back to "dust"/atoms and the energy goes ... where?

why can't it go a place called "hell" or "heaven"? well, the answer, it can. the universe certainly can accomodate multi-dimensions according to quantum theory. consider that the fourth dimension, time, was not even discovered until last century by Einstein. it may be that hell and heaven exist in dimensions that have been theorized but not yet proven.

here is something else to ponder before you casually dismiss the concept of heaven and hell. someone about 3600 years ago wrote that the universe began with light. how did they know that? lucky guess? interesting that no one else in the world came up with that same guess. and then the big bang theory, which says the universe began with light, was not confirmed until 1992 with COBE and the discovery of phyiscal evidence for that orginal light.

Bone,
I'm curious about death-by no means am I suicidal- but what would you experience?- Do you wish we could be in that realm temporarily, and then come back. I guess some people have had near-death experiences. They say they all see light. Is it a better place? I wonder..

hell does not exist, so no one will go there.

but look at the christian hell-myth this way: everything that is fun (sex, drugs, rock n roll) is forbidden in heaven, so is their heaven really worth trying to get into?
"mei Liaber: a Manna hat er g'sagt, a Manna kriagat i! Mei Liaber, da wennst ma net gehst mit Dei'm Manna, gell, den kennts selber saufa, des sag i Eich, aber i trink koan Manna, daß Di auskennst!

I've accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior so I can rob, rape and kill as many people as I want to and I'll be singing with the angel's choir while you Atheists are roasting! :thefinger woo hoo! what a fucked up religion!

Its a big leap to suggest that whatever residual energy might remain equals a human soul & that this is sent to a specific place determined on some non-human moral judgement made on that energy.
Also Pagan's worshipped the sun long before the Bible. The sun is responsible for all life on earth, without light'heat there would be no life. So they got it right ages before the whole vague let there be light stuff. :hatsoff:

Of course not !!!!!!!!!!! DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I wank my wood in front of a Screen

1. I make clear that I adore creatures of beloved mother nature
2. I save a lot of energy not bouncing around all this heavy boobs for real
3. I respect institutions made by the gods: FREEONES

i dont know what non-human moral judgment is but it's certainly possible that some humans emit vibrations that harmonize with mother nature and others cause discord.

There is no victim, there no crime.

I find it insane when religions try to instill fear in everything with the hell card and the like.
