I don't think there's going to be riots despite some people's (media, the f'n president) attempt to gin up racial antipathy.
This was a clear case of self defense. If your head is being bashed into the concrete repeatedly after your nose has been broken do you have reasonable justification to defend yourself using deadly force REGARDLESS of what led up to it?
Sure, Zimmerman could've stayed in his car or Martin could've continued walking home.

Barney Miller was maybe the most underrated sit-com of the 1970s. Jack Soo singing and asking if anyone saw his legs was hysterical. RIP to a very funny Japanese guy.

WKRP in Cincinatti... you know the final scene of the Hash Brownie show was missing...when Fish comes back with Wojo and it seems Fish ran down a perp, leaping after him etc; Abe was almost at his end then, as was Jack Woo.
You are right...underrated and just the greatest show.
As for Holder, I wish I could say the same...he's at his end; but Otrama is keeping his DOJ muscle close, just in case.

The FBI along with a federal civil rights prosecutor already investigated this case last year. They determined that no racial bias was involved in the Trayvon Martin shooting. And don't think they didn't try to find one.

Acceding that the Logic of Law is structured a bit "differently" than common logic, it would seem that since the state found no evidence of intent to harm, except as Zim stated only shown by Martin ( for those silly enough to not get it) who was not only NOT wearing a glo-in-the-dark age verifying ID, but according to available evidence was the aggressor, and was attempting to deprive Zim of HIS right to live.
Martins aggressive attack gave Zim a certainty he was fighting for his life, which justified self-defense.
No new evidence has turned up, so where is the justification for a Civil rights violation charge?
Even the parents can't sue successfully without any evidence of ill intention, which can't be proven even in a lowered standard of proof civil suit. A court of law has determined self-defense , which verifies Zim was in fear for his life.
As well as the alleged text evidence of Martin trying to get an illegal firearm, his vids of fighting, etc can be entered into a civil litigation trial to show he was a wanna be gangsta with a propensity towards violence.
Justice isn't picking a level of innocence/guilt and doing everything to get the verdict that's already been decided on...justice is weighing the evidence and coming to a verdict based on the law.
