If by banners you mean an image no larger than 575 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall (575 x 100) then you are correct, that's all we allow.

As far as the check box to see your signature, It has always been this way on Freeones. Admin has decided that this is the way they want to keep it. After awhile, checking that box becomes as natural as clicking on [Post Reply]. You don't even think about it. I don't know whether it will ever change, and considering the many years it's been like this, I doubt it. But if it bothers you that much then maybe this isn't the board for you and you should find another online community where they allow the automatic addition of a signature.
