Not that long ago. There were some gay pornstars who tried to do scenes with women who were found to be HIV positive. Most of them weren't African-American.
Though none of them infected anyone with HIV that I know of.

A slightly differently biased article on the same - but truth be told, most cases never make the news and unless a performer chose to talk or someone decides to share privileged medical information, which by the way, has huge legal liabilities. Of course, all required reporting is done but patient names are seldom released to the public. Performer privacy is no less important that anyone persons and should always be paramount in any health issue.
