why i can't create new thread

1) Sometimes, it takes up to 24 hours to before a thread is approved.
2) I deleted the link in your post. It looks way too spammy & much like a filesharing site. I'm adding it to our ****** list.
3) I approved 1 of your posts in the ID section and deleted the rest. We do not allow multiple threads on the same request.
