I don't know about "most". I've known quite a few girls who didn't want cum in their mouths but were OK with shooting it on their face or (more typically) across their tits. I'd much rather shoot into a girl's mouth or between/across her tits than in her face though. For whatever reason (nothing to do with dom or sub), I just never got into that. I've done it, but there was no big thrill in it.
