I think you are mixing up a couple of things. If people jack off to a vid of a dead pornstar, they aren't thinking and seeing said person as dead, they are thinking and seeing said pornstar as alive and fucking on vid/film.
Now there are people who will jack off to a vid of dead porn star and think about said porn star being dead.
