It is like a woman preferring a real penis over a rubber dildo. Alot of women have ugly or saggy tits, and for them surgery is probably the best option. Sometimes a womans tits are ruined after having a baby. If a woman has beautiful, natural, perfect tits than that is the best you can get. Just like having a woman with a perfect 10 face, is better than taking a 5 and doing 10 surgeries on her face. A lot of women think having abnormally large tits will make up for other things she is lacking, you get some women that are real head cases getting implants. A normal woman without serious disorders may get implants that are of a normal size, the trashier and more imbalanced women will gravitate towards the mega sized implants.

i have real boobs but when i lost 20 lbs 3 years ago shape became not so good and yeah they r a lil bit saggy, i workout a lot but shape didnt change much so i was thinking to get some implants, i am a cam girl for 4+ years and i asked my fans about it, and all of them were so not happy about this idea, but i still want implants, id like my boobies to be more full and round... but i will not do it for now, as long as guys like it i try not to complain
A lot of that is true, but well done implants are so rare. If a person didn't already have nice breast and they had a really good boobjob it might be different, but so often implants just mess people up.
I'm shocked at the number of cosmetic surgeons out there that do a bad job with them. When about 5% of the procedures or under are well done you know your profession has a problem. Facial surgery and other things done to non-breast areas are even worse. I've never known anybody to look better afterwards, and unless somebody is disfigured from injury, a birth defect, or some other medical condition I think it's stupid for people to even mess with it. I don't know any other medical field where the performance of doctors is so poor, especially for the cost of some of the procedures for cosmetic surgery. Can anybody imagine going in for heart surgery or some other critical invasive surgery where they doctor only has about a one in twenty chance of doing well? I wouldn't even bother.
If the situation where 99% of breast implants ended up being well done that that would be a different thing and I would feel different about most of them out there, and be a lot more forgiving like I am with people that have good implants now, especially if the people that got them weren't naturally well endowed in looks in that area to begin with. That isn't the case and most of them just don't look right.
Still even then if I had to pick between a very good pair of natural breast and a very good pear of breast with implants I probably would still choose the natural ones.
I say you get them! Or at least, get only one boob done. That way, you please your fans and yourself. Consider it a trial, see if you like it or not. Plus I think it would be awesome to see a chick with a real boob right next to a fake one, nice contrast.
