In this case, it has to do with law 2257, which requires a site to maintain documentation for every person who is in an image or video performing a hardcore sex act.

There have been threads here like Titfucking, Anal, Lesbian, etc etc and I was curious as to why we couldn't post images directly on those threads.
This is an adult site, and I'm sure we've all seen a porno once or twice so what would be the big deal? Does it have to do with bandwidth or other issues (like legal...)?
I know some people would post all kinds of crap, but what if they posted specific images for the thread (so they'd be "legit" posts)?

I think it's something called class. We all know we can go online and look up that stuff and see pics of it all, but that doesn't mean we have to be subject to viewing as well. Besides, not everyone here comes online to look at that stuff; a lot of people just come on here and talk about it, but we don't show pics of it cause there are other sites we can go for that.

"hardcore" is any form of penetration (anal, vaginal, oral, or whatever can be penetrated with whatever body parts and/or toys) and people touching their genital parts in any way. So as for pictures of a girl (guy) spreading and technically only touching lips -> not allowed on Freeones Message Board.
The no-hardcore-pictures rule is needed to comply with existing regulations, not something we just came up with for fun.

Just out of curiosity does this site do business in the U.S? Since I always thought it was based outside of the U.S.A. would there be any other reason to comply with 2257 regulations other than maybe your just being extra careful just in case some weird situation comes up. Not that I care. It's not my board. I was just wondering. :dunno:
