Why can I post a new topic here but not in "Identify / Name the Babe"

I'm a brand-new user, and this is my first post.

I really want to figure out the girl's name in a video clip I just saw - she's smoking hot! But, the video title is incorrect. When I try to post to the "Identify / Name the Babe" section, I'm sent to a login screen am not able to post.

Does anyone know why?
