This one seems easy unless there are more than 2 Emily's in the Latexotica page. I did a small research and found an interview with the Administrator of that site here: Premium Link Upgrade . He says its "Emily Oldfield".
You are lucky, she has her own Premium Link Upgrade profile and Premium Link Upgrade too

As I said, I didn't pay much attention to her face, could be another Emily from that site, if thats the case, forgive me.
