Here's a (useless) factoid for ya: there was a law in Ancient Rome that required all prostitutes to have blonde hair. If a prostitute wasn’t blonde, she would have to make herself so via a wig or by coloring her hair with the ashes of burned plants and nuts.

On the other hand, wealthy Romans also enjoyed golden locks. Emperor Commodus is said to have powdered his white hair with actual gold flakes.

But to your question, years ago, I'd have said Jennifer Connelly. In Career Opportunities, she's was scorching hawt! Remember her riding on that hobby horse?! Other than age, I don't know what happened to her. But it seems like she went from a 9.9 to a 4.9 in the blink of an eye.

I would pick Aletta Ocean, for example, as a "hottest non-blonde." But not any of the pictures from her recent site, the modelcentro based, alettaoceanlive.com website. She has had too many surgeries done. Some may say "too much plastic" - With another breast enhancement, the lip injections (collagen or juvederm) and lastly with the ass implants. I'm in kind of agreement with them. Enough! .. But I would be apt to post pictures of Aletta from the 21 sextury, gemma entertainment based, alettaoceanempire.com site, some of those pictures are still outstanding.
