At celebhospital.com they have a listing of the vital signs of some stars that have recently had medical attention.
And I have read that Jessica Alba's last body temperature reading taken was apparently 98.8 degrees.
And Josie Maran's was; granted over a year earlier then Jessica's; was 98.5 degrees.
(the US still uses Fahrenheit instead of Celcius)
So Jessica Alba is and/or was (according to celebhospital.com) technically 'hotter' then Josie Maran.
