Your reasoning is simplistic and naive, people have moved around for thousands of years so where do you draw the line at who owns what? In any case doesn't something like 60%-70% of the Mexican people have Spanish ***** meaning the majority of them are descended from Spanish colonialists so are not exactly ones to talk about stealing others land (although I'm sure most of them don't). Same goes for the Argies claiming ownership of the Falklands.
True, but the issue is unclear IF Mexico says that they do not agree and IF there is no formal agreements that define USA-Mexico borders.
England was imperialist country so one could argue with good reason that Falkland Islands are occupied terrority.
That frame of speaking would call into question about half the worlds territory.

Most Argentinians are descended from Spanish colonialists, they are not ones to talk about Imperialism. In fact Britain was ruling the Falklands long before Argentina even became a country not to mention the fact that 99% of the country voted to stay part of Britain, they invaded once and were taught a hard lesson by the British army, Kirchner needs to sorts out Argentina's messed up economy instead of using the Falklands to draw attention away, if it wasn't for imperialism she'd be born in Spain or Germany.
Texas belongs to whoever holds property title to any given parcel of it. Mexican ****** were expelled from Texas at the Battle of San Jacinto, April 21, 1836 and for all intents and purposes is when Texas became a Republic. I'm not sure what the point of asking who owns "the Texas area" is, maybe you'll elaborate.
Wrong is just a description of how you feel not of reality.
The only reason the Crimea fell out of Russian hands was that for a time they became weak and now the only reason they don't just take the Ukraine back openly is that we are strong.
