Time, you might want to search the threads for your inquiry. This has been a HUGE topic here, with many threads and posts. Lots of free hosts are out there, and there have even been sig contests and so forth on this board.
I see you're not a regular poster here (nothing wrong with that!), so you might want to catch up by doing a thread search by keyword or whatever.
