Who knows the girl or the name of the movie?

i've been looking after this video for ages but had no luck so far in finding any infomation about the movie or the girl. i didn't even know one of the actors.

i got only the last minutes of this movie on a LAN Party.


maybe somebody has seen the girl in an other movie so i could lookup her name.

any information is welcome.
