I think and I emphasize THINK that it might be Blaire Daniels.
But seriously, you should be supplying us with the image that you fed into PimEyes rather than what it spits out at you.. with all the pixelization that goes on outside of the face. That makes it so much more difficult for anyone else to help you in ways you cannot begin to understand.
Help others to help you! You still haven't lost the chance to share the original, particularly if I haven't come up with the right answer.
The only reason I put so much time into this one is because I was interested to find out who it was myself; otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
