I put this part of the .gif into a Tineye and Yandex reverse image search :
Tineye didn't have anything.
Yandex has
1. a youtube user named Maha_Ran! who is using her picture as a profile picture.
2. The image also shows up on the Italian Pornhub as "Leah enjoys smoking" when you click on it further, it comes back as a https// 403 forbidden error. However, I was able to find out that the video was flagged at Pornhub as "being under review in accordance with our Trust and Safety policy"
3. Someone's Twitter feed is calling the girl "Layla." As there are now age restrictons on Twitter (on adult content) - I cannot proceed further.
4. A Pinterest user Mojo Rosin is using the picture on his "Girls that smoke" board.
