Who is this redhead?

I'm trying to find out who this redhead is - image attached - but if anyone can do an ID by voice recognition it's in the first 20 seconds of the linked video, this is literally the only footage I have found of her and I found it by accident. Thanks in advance!

I looked it up, sort of looks like her...not 100% confident it's her though - mostly because I can't find the original video or any video with the above footage that is also labeled as her. Do you (or anyone) know where the clip (as linked in OP) comes from? Thanks!
