Do you have any more information, like how far back the issue is? It looks as though you took the photo yourself, or found it and someone else had? Any more leads? It also appears her name is Paula according to the header atop the page on the far right, if I see properly.

Yeah it's from volume 32 which I think was 2003. All it says basically is that she is Paula. No other names. Found the mag in an old box in the loft and she was my favorite and wanted to see if she did any more
