Right click on the image, save as...
Store it on your hard drive...
Then select the "Manage Attachment" option when you go to add a new reply. Scroll down, you'll see it...


OR

You can also sign up for a free image hosting account at Premium Link Upgrade , then go through the first two steps above, host the image, and then post THAT url to the reply.
