Put the picture into a reverse image search engine such as Tineye or Yandex. See what comes back as results.

It generally works best if you thank the person who answered your query (or at least acknowledge them in some way) and do your own research based on that rather than seemingly sitting on your hands for 7 years and then appearing to be put out that nobody has followed answered your follow-up question in all of that time.

If you're that interested in her and haven't bothered to look into it yourself after all this time then I really don't know what to say.

And if you can't find much, she's clearly an amateur so I don't really know what you expect.
