Mueller was just slapped with a $350 million lawsuit after pushing conservative author Jerome Corsi too far. Corsi, a confidant of Trump ally Roger Stone, recently had the squeeze put on him as part of Mueller’s endless investigation into potential Russian collusion during the 2016 election.But unlike some of the other people Mueller has targeted during the course of his investigation, Corsi is refusing to play ball. “They can put me in prison the rest of my life. I am not going to sign a lie,” Corsi told CNN.

Seems to me Mueller continues to be looked upon as an experienced, earnest investigator who will get to the truth. Are you suggesting he'll be demonized by the left if he doesn't take Trump down? If so I'm not seeing that happening.

Matters not if Mueller fails to secure a Trump indictment, that would be a great side benefit of the Special Counsel investigation, but the main objective of the Mueller Investigation has already been achieved; Democratic control of The House of Representatives. AG Barr can print and sell Mueller Report branded toilet paper, all the efforts of the Special Counsel investigation will still benefit the many and sundry new House investigations, SDNY, and any other state AG's that decide to pursue criminal indictments against the Trump Crime Family.
