It's good to be the king...
I voted that the term has been basterdized...

(I do have an opinion btw, but since I'm a Brit, I'm sure that would be irrelevant to our neighbours across the pond...:D)

^^On the contrary...care to share?? ;) Watch out UK also: Budget Deficit!!! Whoa! Somebody at The Treasury better invest in bigger (and wiser) calculators LOL. Mind you, take a look at ours (our Comptroller has been warning about this forever and a day).

I just despise anybody who would feel so bold, arrogant and assuming that they would assist in embedding a total womb to tomb socialist system in this country. Only a band of self loathing, cowardice, academic neo coM do gooder busy body weasels would help pave that road ! :error: (yours)

Get with the freewill already ! We don't have to live like refugees ! :dunno:

:1orglaugh  :D

The USA would fall apart if social security and medicare were eliminated. For those who want to get rid of these, be prepared to support your parents and old uncles and aunt. That's the way it was before the New Deal. Today the youth are not burden too much by the cost of their elderly relatives. Are you ready to take on the full burden? Bring back the extended family?

It's .....all ......just .....a .....matter .....of .......time

these poorly "oversighted" govt ponzi schemes, one borrowing from another .... we'll pay ya back from this account, but wait that will leave this account short... the story of our lives I'm afraid.

many of our socialist type programs are poorly structured and even more poorly executed. however, i'd have to go with do not eliminate these programs. the easiest example for me is crazy folk. we've already got enough of them walking our streets. it seems that a society unwilling to take care of those who simply can't take care of themselves is suffering from a deep sickness.
