I've been looking for this one for a while, and since everyone here was so helpful in the other thread I made a month ago I thought I might ask again.

My question is, who are the two girls in this gif?

At first I thought that they might be in a video which is part of the Premium Link Upgrade series since the background set is so similar. However, I don't think this is the case.
