I must admit the first time I heard Dane Cook I liked him, but since then, every time I see him I like him less and less, and right now, I can't stand him.
I liked the Seinfeld show, but as a standup, he's way overrated. Witty yes. Funny NO.
There really are too many bad comics to mention, so I'll just mention my 10 all time favorite standup comedians (in no particular order):

Richard Pryor
George Carlin
Robert Klein
Rodney Dangerfield
Bill Hicks
Albert Brooks
Sam Kinison
Don Rickles
Steve Martin
Gilbert Gottfried

No women on that list, because i just don't think many of them are really funny standup comics. Sarah Silverman, Lisa Lampanelli, Lily Tomlin, etc. all have their moments, but they aren't consistently funny to me.

I don't follow many comedians and I certainly wouldn't be qualified to list the worst because when bad humor starts I don't stick around long enough to see if they can lower themselves to the level of "worst".

Mike Epps. He can be funny sometimes in movies, but his stand up routines are the worst I've ever heard

Dane Cook really terrible, I saw an early show of his at a Boston comedy club once. He wasn't funny then and he is not going to be funny ever. The other guy from Full House Dave Coulier sucks, his impressions are god awful. Ralphie May...yes we know your fat, get over it think of some new material. Also cancel Jeff Dunham's show, I can see his lips move half the time.
