I'd personally love to meet Asia Carrera from that list. She's a true legend in her field, incredibly smart and funny, and would just be a blast to meet in person.

I'd go for either Jenna Jameson or Asia Carrera out of those. Not because I'm a big fan or anything, but I think those two would be the most interesting to talk to. Jenna for the fame and career, Asia probably for the person. I've been reading (yes, reading) her homepage on and off for quite a while now. The others I either haven't heard of or care too much about.
