China really skews the choices because it's so frigging huge and populous. You can find a huge population of all the Asian ethnicities within China. The best looking women probably are in China because with over 1 billion people, there are a lot to chose from.

On average though, I'd say Korea and Japan. They have the highest average wealth per capita out of the Asian countries, so the women have more money to spend on looking their best.

Personally I think Japan, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand have pretty good breeds of women. China is also a premium grade as well.
