If I'm not wrong, she was a softcore model for many years before she actually ventured into doing boy-girl stuff... so maybe this was created before she started doing actual porn. I dunno. Otherwise it would be odd to create a ******** of an existing pornstar. Possible, but much less likely.
So it may well in actual fact be genuine and we just can't tell where it originates.
Given that it has been used as a template to create deepfakes, I would've thought that the true origin (whether its her or not) would be more readily available / easier to find.
