You should also check out individual models websites, admittedly they don't all have it listed on their websites.

As an example, Rebekah Dee doesn't say on her website that she sells used panties, but she does on occasion sell them. Anyone wanting to buy a pair would have to contact her and ask.

A little bit of work and I'm sure you'll find a lot of models willing to sell and close enough to where you are to make buying a pair feasible.
