I'd definitely see a healthcare provider and get a prescription - afterwards, you can search or get references from their offices on trusted online-pharmacies that might offer these at a lesser cost. All I can say is that it's nearly impossible to quantify all the added fillers and whatever else that might be infused into the tablet. I'm not sure as to where you location was, but if you don't have regular health insurance, they have cash-based urgent care centers; herein the States if that's your locale. Moreover, not too sure on how applicable prescriptions are internationally to online vendors... bottom line - a legitimate pharmacy requires some for form of documentation/prescription in order to process whatever it is...
