I'm sure I'd find more than 2% of French women attractive. Same with German women. (I may be biased on that last, as my roots are in Germany.) Don't get me wrong: there are lots of attractive women here in California; in particular, we have a lot of good-looking Latinas. But more than a few of the women in my area are rather ugly, too. I'd take pictures as proof, but that would almost certainly be illegal, and might even leave lasting scars on anyone who viewed them.

It's all a matter of personal preference.
