Now that we don't get it on free channels, I've found myself missing Cricket. I did get to watch a few of Hampshire's games though which was a good reminder that you can't actively watch Cricket but more sit down and occasionally clap when something happens.
Used to be a big Formula 1 fan but lately its become too predictable and boring.

Baseball it is a beautiful thing.

Back in my college days I spent a summer taking a few classes and lived in a dorm with a bunch of students from France. It was a Sunday morning when I wandered into the TV lounge and there had to be 60 of them with pizza and sandwiches and chips and beer. It was some tennis match and they were treating it like it was the fucking Super Bowl.
It was over 90 degrees in that room since there was no air conditioning in the building. After the first match a violent thunder storm erupted where we were. Those crazy drunken French students flocked down to the patio outside our building and started dancing in the rain and flopping into the dirty puddles building up. Girls and guys both. The storm passed as the next match was about to begin. The came back into the lounge soaken wet. Didn't change or even towel off. Flopped their dirty wet asses back onto the couches for the next match. Silly French.

Football Season is the only time I'm dialed-in as a sport's fan. I like to watch an occasional UFC show also. Did The Kings win? The Hockey, I believe. If so, that's nice as well.
