Mine is Scrubs (the chicks that JD gets are hotties - and Dr Cox's put downs are off the wall!)), followed by CSI (not Miami or NY, but the Las Vega one - I just like the characters more)
Scrubs is pretty good -- there's not enough of that surreal fantasy humour on TV. I watch Battlestar Galactica religiously, as well as a handful of other political/current affairs programmes. Most of the other shows I liked are either not what they used to be or have ended -- Rome, Sopranos and Lost. I don't really watch a lot of telly any more.
If I'm channel-hopping, I'll stop to watch Have I Got News For You and Grey's Anatomy (a show which irritates the fuck out of my doctor girlfriend).
K-Ville,great cast and makes you just know in your heart that the stories depicting greedy crappy crime is really whats going on in the background in those towns for real. Its preempted too much and has rumors of getting cancelled. It figures.
Second and third, Cold Case and Criminal Minds.
Comedy, Two and a Half Men.
