It's almost always immediately a song I have stuck in my head, and my initial reaction is to listen to it.

"the man who invented that alarm clock should be shot!" then i tend to mellow out cos there's a lovely warm female cuddled up to me wanting a little sumptin sumptin. morning's seem to be ok in this house.
