I wouldn't do anything. This woman doesn't know me. I may have seen her having sex a dozen times but I am a stranger. Following her is just stalking. Even rolling down your window and saying "HI" is too much.

I don't think speaking is going too far. To me it's like any other *********. I've seen Kweisi Mfume, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, Tom Clancy and lots of athletes, mostly Baltimore Orioles players, around town before, and I've said hello in most cases. I wouldn't bother them if they were having dinner or something, but saying "hello" when walking by them on the street (or in this case, at a red light) isn't going too far.
