This is criminal damage and it becomes a police matter as well as a civil one.
Notify your insurers, they should take any necessary action provided of course you have followed their policy of reporting to the police.

My car was severely damaged by my company which I worked for almosts 10 years.

The President and CEO retired last November 16, 2009.

The entire department of Investigation/Loss Prevention/Security was fired 2 weeks ago.

But those guys cut my air bag, my brake line, my fuel pump, the windshield window, the passenger side window, and extensive damages to the inside.

Total costs amounted to 10,000.00 dollars.

What should I do?

I would make sure that my company, has insurance that covers any repairs. Then I would have them take care of repairs. I don't want to be greedy.
