Basically terrorists took over the Japanese embassy in Peru, and in a perfectly executed rescue mission right out of a movie, commandos tunneled underground and into the residence, rescuing all but one of the hostages. None of the terrorists survived.
Here is the controversy: Reports came out that a couple of the surrendering/captured terrorists were ******** and executed on the spot. Presumably under Alberto's orders.
