What Was / Is Your Dirty Job?

I used to work as a cleaner. I had to clean toilets at a number of schools in a nearby town. The kids were allright, but some of them hadn't quite figured out how to go to the toilet. I would come home each day smelling like piss.
I also had to get out of bed earlier than GOD each morning.

Ace Bandage

The one and only.

Exactly what time do fictional deities wake up in the morning? :dunno: I have no frame of reference here...

Im an Abbatoirs Cleaner. I use a high pressure hose to clean the blood & Guts.
Not the most Glamourous job out there but the moneys clean!

Goodness, I've had so many! Drywall scrapping, worked at a state park (a lake) doing weed killing and removal, worked on a golf course, being a bartender at a cantina was pretty dirty, assisting a horse breeder, milking goats...etc etc etc.

Assisting a horse breeder, eh? Ah, the pictures that puts in my head!!

I used to saw concrete walls with exotic circular diamond blades, some as large as 6' in circumference. Yea, people were simply in awe seeing those monster size blades in the back of the company truck . . . got lot's of chicks that way, yea, with dried concrete slurry all over my face and coveralls. :D

Shifty

O.G.
You're going to call BS, but I honestly once had a job at a chicken farm where I had to clean the barns. Doesn't sound so bad? This was for a farm of egg-laying chickens, and they were still in the cages. It was set up so their crap fell through the cage into the "basement" of the barn. So, I put on the rubber rain slicker and drove the tractor for about a 6 hour day, getting shit on the entire time.

I'm told it built character.

LOL - Did they pay you in change?

What did they provide for lunch? :nanner:

Big rig fueler was pretty shitty, every day getting fuel on your clothes along with the grease and oil. plus you were pretty fucked up on fumes by the end of the shit and then you have a headache the next day from it. and it was 2nd and 3rd shift. Fuck that job!
