I'm surprised it hasn't come up but Miami Vice would be pretty perfect. It's got such a distinctive style about it that it'd be easy to make a very broad parody, and the fact that two of its main characters frequently work undercover as hookers is just ripe for exploitation. Plus you can please everyone with all the interracial pairings--you've Crockett (white), Tubbs and Trudy (black), Gina (Latina but it wouldn't be strange to see her played by a white girl) and Castillo (latino). Plus there's the appeal of everyone fucking in or on a Ferrari, a speedboat and with a crocodile in the room. Watch it? I'd fucking fund it.
