There are only about 10 or 12 people in this section (not counting lurkers), every one of them/us know what a pathetically stoopid, redneck, goat-turd Sam is. Having him further elaborate and prove his stunning buffoonery serves no worthwhile purpose.
Obama is going to win because of people like Sam, but he's not going to win because Sam posts in here.

Actually, I quite like people who have differing opinions from my own, as long as their views provide intellectual stimulation, as long as they can back up their opinions with coherent thoughts, as long as they provide and offer more knowledge. I've quite a bit of respect for those who can speak/write their opinions and thoughts and opinions and are able to back up said opinions and fact without being simple cut and pasters.
However, it is the likes of yourself and Sam who are destroying the intellectual power of this country, Will. You are the perfect representation of what this country is being turned into - a collection of simpletons, cutting and pasting the thoughts and opinions of minds greater than their own (many times attempting to claim them as their own), each time unable to defend those opinions but by more links.

This thread is a perfect example of the intellectual of Sam. Again, a simple cut and paste. Nothing original of his, yet he attempts to claim it as his own by not providing a link to the original post. And to make things even more pathetic, the conservative type of "originally" came up with the joke actually stole it from a liberal site - they just changed the wording.
Until yourself and Sam show consistent signs of intellectual growth, of being able to articulate your opinions with something more than cut-and-paste, some links and a smilie, then you will rightfully be treated as nothing more than third-rate posters, bordering on trolls.

Please, let me interject with my opinion. It seems the "Politics" section is nothing more than a "Bash anybody who doesn't hold a similar opinion to the status quo." There are a few individuals, myself included, who offer differing, often unique and correct viewpoints on a subject. Yet, since we go against the "Status quo" we are lambasted and gangbanged by the 2 dozen or so residents of this board! In no way should we all hold hands and sing Kum by yah, but being disrespectful and denigrating towards someone because of a differing viewpoint is unappealing to other members who would wish to post on this board. I admit to biting back, once bitten. In all honesty I would classify xfire as a formidable foe and a smart cookie. I also respect Sam Fischer for having the balls to post what he does in this forum. Ridicule Sam all you want but one thing you can't touch is his integrity to stand up for what he believes in. My worthless two cents.
I'm all for having a good discussion, and I have no desire to have everyone think the way I do, nor do I wish everyone would vote the way I do. I have had many good conversations with people who definitely don't think as I do. That makes everything more interesting. The trouble, as Stan said above, is that Sam and Will, for example, do not wish to have any discussion. They both post inflammatory material from incredibly dodgy sources, and then are unable to respond with any intelligence. Sam just tells people to fuck off, calls them liberals (or some really clever version of that, such as libtard), and doesn't support what he says. He merely finds the most conservative, anti-Obama material he can find, and calls everyone who asks him to justify his posts names. Will simply doesn't have the mental capacity to have a discussion, as is witnessed by his complete inability to 1. create a complete paragraph in his posts, 2. even read through anything with which he doesn't agree, and 3. do anything but feel smugly superiour, though he has no justification to do so.
These, my friend, are the classic definitions of forum trolls. I believe it is best we simply leave them alone to their deluded, caustic, and pointless threads.

I haven't seen one thing from you that doesn't come straight out of the Conservative playbook. And just like everyone else on your side of the aisle, you base your arguments on who you hate rather than who you admire. Again, status quo. Romney is going to lose because he is a lousy candidate and no one likes him. This election is about voting for or against Obama. On no level is it about voting for or against Romney. That's akin to saying Muslims all like to blow things up.I don't agree with everything he posts, but I believe in the 1st Amendment....most here would use that argument as their first line of defense, if they were attacked over posts, or threads they made, that were considered radical. If he's a thorn in anyone's side, they should just use the ignore feature.

Well they need to use me as their shining example. It takes a fairly unique string of circumstances to get me to reply to him anymore. And for the record: if the moon falls into the ocean and Sam ever demonstrates the desire to have an actual discussion, I will be more than happy to respond. But I'm not going to lower myself to his current level.
