I have used the "C" before, I was absolutely pissed @ with my sister, I mean absolutely LIVID for whatever the reason was... and by accident I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW IT EVEN SLIPPED OUT BUT I CALLED MY SISTER THE C WORD!! with the classic FUCKIN for emphasis no less, wow you talk about the EFFECT of a word HOLY SHIT!! it got pretty scary!!! she wanted to beat the hell out of me!!! now she was livid with me for what seemed like forever!!! she gave me the silent treatment for like a month or so!! thankfully something came up where we were forced to talk my birthday, or something very family important came up and we ended up talking and squashed the whole issue.. (whew) I will never do that again.. I will probably never call any women that ever again!!! :thumbsup:

I think this is probably on the right track. While most women respond strongly to insult toward their honor or purity, most men respond strongly to insults toward their sexuality and virility. So just about any offensive feminizing or homosexual insult will have a similar effect. In fact, ironically, my vote for the male equivalent to "cunt" would be "pussy."

The simple reason the word 'Cunt' is so insulting is that throughout history it was always men who rained supreme - always us who ruled over women untill the last 100 years - and that's just in the West.
As a result, while male sexuality was celebrated openly (how many dick-shaped artifacts can you find?) as we ruled the skills and therefore there was no fear of us being treated as simple walking dicks.

On the other hand, women did the cooking and cleaning - very monotonous and not considered skilled. As women weren't allowed to develop skills (despite offen having more than the male counterparts), they were simply valued as sex objects - the prettier, the more valuable she is - a genius woman can clean a house just as well as one with an IQ of 60. As a result, in this day and age of equality, calling a woman a cunt is banishing her value to that of the ancients - of a walking cunt to have sex with, who also cleans your home.

As a result, there isn't a word to match that insult, as not time were men treated so. However, with the more skilled and better paid jobs women are getting over men, one day it might be us men who will become the walking, house-cleaning dicks, and we will take as much insult from calling us 'dick' as women from calling them 'cunt' today.

You're right but what I think the OP meant is that while you can call both women and men c*nts, women simply are more offended by it. So he's trying to find what word is equally offensive to a man.

I don't think there is one. (So one like "Curval" may need to be invented.)
Maybe guys are more thick skinned to specific words overall. Who knows?
At least for me, there is no specific "word" that would particularly offend me. Rather it is more how they are directed. Any words directed at family, girlfriends, or race would be far worse.

So..for example...a friend shouting
"Hey grab me that beer you 'ol c*nt" == no problem, here you go
"Your girlfriend's a n*gger whore" === could get him a knife in his neck

in the nicest way of course...
