Watched Scarface recently:

Cuba accent a littly iffy but can't deny the gravitas he brings to the character in the role of a gangster gone crazy with power. Pfieffer was well hot back then. Action scenes are where it's at.

Not really a "film," per se, but I just watched ESPN's newest 30 for 30, "Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs. The New York Knicks," and thought it was pretty damn good. For me, it brought back fond memories of what the NBA used to be like.

Survival of the Dead.

Excellent movie this. One of George's best in a long time. I like how it shows the journey of a character from Diary of the Dead in Survival of the Dead (the military guy who robbed them in Diary). Survival is set around a week or two after Diary going by the storyline.

Kathleen Munroe is hawt in this movie. Even as a zombie LOL.

I thought it was rubbish, totally redundant. Romero has lost it. Where were the good characters? Where was the insightful social commentary? It was just a bland horror movie with nothing original in it. :dunno:
