It was described as GTA4.1
Similar to the Half Life 2 episodes, if you played them.
I think it's like what Shivering Isles was to Oblivion, massive amounts of missions, places, characters etc, expanding the world of GTA4. I'm not too sure.

I'm still waiting for Two worlds in august . NHL 08 and Halo 3 for september .
Looks like Two Worlds got pushed back a little.
August 31st in the UK, regular and Collectors Edition.
