what game are you playing right now?

Just finished Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare single player campaign.

This has replaced The Last of Us as my favorite game of all time. I wasn't expecting much other than a technically brilliant first person shooter. Without giving anything away, this is an emotionally powerful game and no mere shooter.

Bravo, Infinity Ward.

I had to shelve it for a while because an update screwed with too many of the mods I had until they got updated by the mod community also, but today I'm doing my first interplanetary stuff for Kerbal Space Program. I get to see if all those expensive complex ships I spent hours building do the job. I think I over-engineered them, but I would rather do that than run out of fuel most of the way through the mission.

I'm playing DOOM and some Dead Space (wish DS2 was backward compatible as well) on Xbox One at the moment.

Fallout 4

I know, I'm waaaay behind the times.

I hear you (well about being behind on games not about making porn). ;)
I bought a brand new PS4 and a copy of Fallout 4 the day it came available, and yet they're both sitting on my cupboard unopened. Too many other games to catch up with and not enough time to play.

For the EMPEROR!!
I'm playing Fallout New Vegas (again) on Xbox and a little FireWarrior on my old PS2.

I'm switching around playing Kerbal Space program XCOM 2 with the new Long War 2 mod.

Playing XCOM with this on legendary difficulty is really a kick in the balls. It's not that I do bad on missions or really make bad decisions tactically or even on the strategic level as much as I just can't keep up with the Aliens advances, dark events, and avatar project with my own advances. It feels like I'm only one bad mission where I lose only a few people away from basically needing to start over, and the whole thing has basically become one big luck based mission About the only thing I can think of is to keep starting over until I get a extremely good beginning and early mid game to use as a positive feedback loop to keep rolling over the aliens.
