What does "Latest OCSM Activity" mean?

I thought the "latest OCSM activity" list on the board front page listed the OCSM´s that made the most recent posts on the board. This week i have noticed Kagney Linn Karter´s name in the list just about every time i visit the forum, but her postcount never changes. So, is there some glitch in the software, or does "activity" simply mean that they have visited the board, and not that they have made a post on the board?

its exactly what you say, the last time they visited the board. Often you will see they are just here checking out their official threads but not replying for some reason.
