What do you do when you feel blue?

I'm not very good at handling my blues. I usually start to self-destruct, listening to depressing music and isolating myself. But it usually passes after a few days. If it doesn't, I have someone to talk to to help me get through things.

Me either. That's what I meant by at first "I fold" then I fight and pull out. Pressure sometimes is too much. Having someone nonjudgmental to talk with always helps.:)

What I try to do is listen to music or talk with friends that's the best way for me to get though the rough times. :thumbsup:


The same with me...a few good friends is something very special, for anybody.
 
If I'm blue it probably means my core temperature is abnormally low and I try to warm back up with a hot shower.

And a hot shower also relaxes me and makes me feel good afterward.
 
Exercise, go outside, *****, eat
 
I don't know what blue is, but i know what yellow is.
