Breast lifts aren't natural either. A breast lift is done by surgery, which is far from ****** Nature's intentions. So, in that sense (using your own argument of attempting to create an appearance that isn't natural), then you are calling them fake.

If she were seeking to have natural breasts in an epistemological sense, then yes, you would be correct. It would be untrue to call them natural. However, I believe what she's going after is natural in an aesthetic sense and, in that case, the means are irrelevant. "Natural" is simply a subjective state of beauty that is derived from, but not bound to, ****** Nature.
